This position develops clear, accurate, and standards-aligned communication materials that visually convey Program Controls data including cost, schedule, risk, and performance metrics for Board, public, and internal audiences. The role transforms complex Program Controls information into accessible reporting products while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with RTD communication and accessibility standards. Under the direction of the Program Controls Manager, the Specialist supports recurring reporting cycles, individual reporting requests, and the continued development of a structured data pipeline that connects source systems to reporting outputs. The Specialist collaborates with the Program Controls Analyst to verify data integrity prior to visualization.

Pay Range: $84,407.00 - $119,224.25 Annual
