Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Lead Data Visualization Engineer to drive data analysis, visualization, and pipeline development across client environments. You will mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver dashboard solutions using Foundry and BI tools.

You will work on challenging problems, leverage AI/ML where appropriate, and ensure data quality for decision-making across sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Data analysis, such as recognizing and investigating data quality and various data types, including discerning structure and relationships within data
• 5+ years of experience with Data visualization, such as creating charts with basic design principles
• 5+ years of experience with Data pipeline engineering, such as executing data transformation stages
• 4+ years of experience with programming languages, including Python, R, or SQL, for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience working in Foundry, including building or maintaining data pipelines with Code Repository
• Knowledge of database-driven application development and design
• Ability to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Foundry, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to communicate data insights to business stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts or users to clarify requirements, work closely with different business groups to comprehend and respond to their reporting and dashboard needs, be self-motivated, and pay strict attention to detail
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, or Computer Engineering

Data Visualization Engineer, Lead

You Have:

• Knowledge of Military terms
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and communicate with multiple functional groups
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Master’s degree in CS, Data Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
