Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, data visualization, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities; able to weigh costs and benefits to identify optimal solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills; able to engage diverse stakeholders (peers to executives).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design and Content Creation - produce print and digital materials; ensure branding adherence.
• Data Visualization - transform data into charts, graphs, diagrams.
• Web and SharePoint Management - update and maintain websites and SharePoint; improve UX.
• Project Management and Collaboration - manage tasks, priorities, and cross-functional teams.
• Technical and Creative Support - provide guidance to improve reports and publications; stay current with trends.
