DevTech Systems, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst and Visualization Specialist to work on its ADVISE 2.0 contract with the U.S. Department of State.

You will organize, analyze, visualize and present data to support client decision-making and policy design. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with exploratory data analysis, statistics and dashboards.
• Strong experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
• Solid knowledge of Python or R.
• Experience with automation and AI tools to increase efficiency.
• Familiarity with data engineering, pipelines, ETL/ELT, SQL and cloud tools.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, Databricks).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Team player but able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Explore and analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, anomalies and trends.
• Query databases and ensure data quality across sources.
• Visualize data using Tableau, PowerBI and other applications for clear client presentations.
• Apply automation and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Produce actionable insights for policy, resource allocation and program design.
• Support predictive analytics or lightweight ML workflows where appropriate.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with clients to translate data needs into analytical solutions.
