Job summary

DevTech Systems, Inc. is looking for a skilled professional to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows in Washington, D.C. This role focuses on building data models and cloud-based architectures while analyzing complex datasets to inform humanitarian efforts.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and has hands-on experience in data engineering and analysis, including proficiency in SQL and Python. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and U.S. citizenship is required due to security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in data engineering and data analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL and modern programming languages (Python preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data engineering tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Build data models and cloud-based architectures for analytics and dashboards.
• Respond to database problems and perform maintenance.
