Job summary

HumanTouch, LLC is seeking a Data Visualization Analyst who transforms complex data into clear, compelling visual insights that support decision-making. This role partners with client stakeholders across to understand reporting needs, develop dashboards, and communicate trends through storytelling with data.

Remote with a DC Metro location preferred. The position requires 3-5 years of dashboard experience using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools, plus strong Excel and SQL skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 Years of experience creating dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting methodologies, and data visualization principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation techniques.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into business-friendly insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, meaningful visuals for diverse audiences.
• Partner with leaders to gather requirements and define reporting objectives.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and visuals.
• Create standardized reporting frameworks and best practices.
• Present findings through visual storytelling to support decisions.
• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to improve access and usability.
• Monitor dashboard performance and implement enhancements based on user feedback.
• Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and processes.

Required Qualifications
