Job summary

NWN seeks a strategic planning professional to identify opportunities across business units and drive value creation. You will develop data-driven strategies, evaluate partnerships, and align initiatives with long-term corporate objectives.

In this role, you will analyze market trends, lead cross-functional teams, conduct financial analyses, and oversee adoption of strategic programs. BA/BS with 1–3 years in strategy or consulting; CMA or PMP certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Admin, Finance, Economics or related field.
• MA/MS or MBA in Strategy or related field.
• 1–3 years in financial modeling/analysis.
• 4–6 years in corporate strategy or management consulting.
• Proven strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
• Strong collaboration and project management abilities.
• Certifications in investment management or PMP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Leads efforts to identify strategic opportunities and drive value creation across organizational units. Develops and implements data-driven strategies and evaluates business partnerships to align with long-term corporate objectives.

• Analyze market trends and organizational data to identify growth opportunities
• Develop strategic plans to drive value creation within key business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with corporate objectives
• Conduct financial analyses of potential business initiatives and partnerships
• Lead implementation of approved strategic initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate ongoing strategic projects for effectiveness
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Demonstrated comfort with adopting emerging AI tools and technologies to optimize processes, improve collaboration, and drive operational effectiveness.
