Job summary

Vitruvian Health in the United States seeks a Data Conversion Analyst to transform, validate, and migrate data during technology upgrades or system integrations. You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the conversion lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets, complex data structures, and industry‑standard data formats. Strong SQL and Excel skills are required, with ERP/CRM experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 1+ year experience with data tasks: report writing, data mining, data modeling, data analysis, data migration, DB admin, programming, ML.
• Experience with data conversion, data migration, or ETL processes.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases.
• Proficient Excel with advanced data manipulation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Preferred: experience with ERP/CRM and HL7/XML/JSON formats.

Responsibilities

• Transform, validate, and migrate data between systems during upgrades, integrations, or organizational transitions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the conversion lifecycle.
• Work with large datasets and complex data structures and industry-standard formats such as XML, JSON, HL7.
