  • Understanding of Adtech and the Google products (e.g., YouTube, Google Ads,DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub, or Google Cloud) and with big data and data warehouses (e.g., DSPs, CDPs, DMPs, targeting, etc.).
  • Ability to work effectively in fluid environments, and to translate client needs into innovative and technical implementation plans.
  • Ability to work with sales, cross-functional teams and influence internal/external executive stakeholders across all levels.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.

As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL), you will be accountable for driving client commitment for key data integration capabilities by owning the durable measurement narrative with clients at all levels. You will establish modern measurement foundations that will ultimately drive better media outcomes and accelerate AI Innovation. You will drive executive influence and coordinate the efforts of external and internal resources to accelerate infrastructure implementation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Engage in strategic partnerships with agencies and customers to define their data and measurement infrastructure strategy, and then collaboratively establish a roadmap and goal to guide its successful execution.
  • Drive Google AI through influential thought leadership on data and measurement infrastructure.
  • Drive conceptual client buy-in and adoption of both foundational infrastructure such as enhanced conversions, enhanced conversions for leads, gTag, GA4 in partnership with the Google Cloud and gtech organizations.
  • Drive the team from discovery through implementation by working cross-functionally with Ad Sales, Cloud teams, Product/Technical specialists, and Google partners to synthesize technical and strategic business requirements into cohesive business cases.
  • Shape, scope, and execute transformational data/tech programs with cross-functional teams that will deliver outstanding marketing return on investment for customers and industry at large.
