Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in North Austin is seeking a Data Technician to install, maintain, and repair cable infrastructure. This role requires meeting physical demands while providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will possess OSHA 10 certification and basic hand tools knowledge. The position offers competitive pay and a contract running from September to December 2025 with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required for hire.
• Limited experience up to 2 years.
• Aerial lift certification and fall protection certification/training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair cable infrastructure in a low voltage environment.
• Run, pull, and terminate copper cables.
• Ensure that all cables are neatly tied and bundled per safety regulations.
• Assist co-workers with installation and routine maintenance of structured cabling systems.
