Job summary

Veeva Systems in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks an entrepreneurial leader to manage the OpenData Europe country data product managers, driving product excellence across markets.

You’ll partner with product, data operations, and analysts to roadmap, coach high-performing teams, and ensure fast, high-quality delivery of data products for life sciences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data, technology, or technical services.
• 3+ years experience of building and managing high performing teams.
• Analytical depth with the ability to dive into operational details, such as data curation workflows and complex data quality metrics, without losing sight of the strategic big picture.
• Ability to execute with speed while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fast learner and exceptional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of country data product managers.
• Work closely with the product team, data operations, and analysts to continuously improve the productivity and quality of our data factory.
• Partner with the European Director for Data to develop the product roadmap for your respective markets.
• Drive execution against the product roadmap.

The Role

Our vision for Veeva OpenData is to become the global leader in reference data for the life sciences industry. The world's top pharma and biotech companies use OpenData to help them to bring life-saving treatments to patients faster.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional to manage our team of country data product managers for OpenData Europe. You will be responsible for driving product excellence across all markets. What You'll Do

Compensation

• Total compensation: 75,000 - 125,000 EUR
• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
