Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a facilities systems support role to create and implement in-house production schedules and maintain network components across multiple sites. The role includes preparing daily reports, handling hardware/software upkeep, and ensuring inventory accuracy while delivering strong customer service.

The position requires knowledge of OS, networks, printers/scanners, and technical troubleshooting, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 1 year of systems support experience or equivalent technical training
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, networks, printer/scanner setup, and troubleshooting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create and implement in-house production schedules
• Prepare daily reports and verify printing and storage of department reports
• Maintain hardware and software equipment (computers, scanners, printers)
• Maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service across multiple facilities
• Assist with internal audits by providing required information or reports
