Job summary

Northbeam is building a data-centric platform that powers marketing intelligence for ecommerce brands. You will join a data-focused team to design, build, and maintain data pipelines, APIs, and integrations across multiple data sources and ad platforms.

The role emphasizes shipping reliable data products, collaborating with product and infra teams, and delivering scalable data workflows in a remote-friendly, fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data engineering, software or integration engineering with ETL or data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with REST APIs; GraphQL or webhooks is a plus.
• Experience with SQL and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines ingesting data from various sources.
• Develop APIs enabling secure tenant-aware data integrations.
• Work within event-driven and batch processing architectures to keep data fresh.
• Contribute to API design and integration patterns for real-time and batch ingestion.
• Add monitoring and alerting for data freshness and failures.
• Improve data flows with cost, efficiency, and speed considerations in a cloud-native environment.
• Partner with data engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to extend the platform.
