Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Data Systems Analyst to design and manage districtwide stakeholder engagement systems. You will develop surveys, dashboards, and reporting tools to capture stakeholder voice and measure district initiatives.

The role analyzes data, monitors performance, and identifies trends to support planning and improvement. You will design automated workflows, ensure privacy compliance (FERPA), and translate complex data into actionable information for district leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Experience designing and administering surveys for evaluation.
• Experience building dashboards to communicate findings to leadership.
• Experience with SPSS, R, STATA or similar stats software.
• Proficiency with Qualtrics or comparable survey platforms.
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• Knowledge of survey methodology, program evaluation, and FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain stakeholder engagement surveys and instruments.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations for leadership and staff.
• Prepare reports for division leadership and the Board of Trustees as needed.
• Support ad hoc data requests and longitudinal analysis.
• Collaborate with departments to align data collection with goals and compliance.
