Job summary

Park Hill is seeking a Systems Analyst/Developer (full-time with benefits) to analyze requirements for database solutions, develop and maintain integrations, and streamline processes. The role also serves as product owner for multiple applications and provides technical guidance to staff and district personnel.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in advanced SQL programming (T-SQL), relational databases (SQL Server and Oracle), database design and data warehousing.
• Ability to coordinate meetings, manage multiple projects, and communicate with diverse technical groups.
• Strong leadership, customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains positive working relationships with stakeholders for collaboration toward district goals.
• Collaborates in designing hosted and cloud database processes for accurate data access.
• Collaborates with Network and Infrastructure on tuning, backup, and recovery for security and stability of databases.
• Collaborates with Technology Projects and Training to communicate with staff and provide training on software usage.
• Coordinates data integration with other tech teams and external vendors for efficient services.
• Designs, develops, and maintains automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Develops materials documenting activities and standards for reference.
