Key Responsibilities
  • Support the launch of a new Oncology product.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, build, and manage foundational data products to enable analytics and business processes for the U.S. Commercial organization.
  • Gather business requirements for data products, environments, ingestion, and transformation; communicate clearly with Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and Data Ingestion teams.
  • Maintain data understanding among stakeholders through data catalog, communication, and training.
  • Partner with analytics teams to design and execute analytics initiatives, ensuring data quality, compliance, and privacy.
  • Identify and evaluate new data sources with high potential for business impact, advocating for their acquisition.
  • Manage large workstreams, ensuring timely and quality deliverables, and escalate risks early.
  • Optimize existing processes, improve data warehouse capabilities, and pursue innovative projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with healthcare/pharmaceutical data (Rx, Claims, EHR, etc.).

  • Product management certifications.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Technical skills: SQL, Databricks, Python.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau.
