You will track timelines and budgets, build scalable processes, and report metrics to the AI Data Collection Manager. 5 days in-office in San Jose; base salary disclosed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in program management, operations, or similar roles.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of robot data collection in residential deployments.
• Coordinate site staging, prop teams, and deployment timelines.
• Interface with service teams to align logistics with schedules.
• Track budgets, timelines, and risks; escalate blockers.
• Develop scalable processes and maintain operation trackers.
• Report progress and metrics to the AI Data Collection Manager.
