Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data Eng, Mgmt & Governance Team Lead/Consultant at mid-level to join our AI and data practice. You will design and operationalize enterprise data governance frameworks to ensure trusted, well-managed data for analytics and AI.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders, build stewardship processes, and configure governance tooling such as Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, Alation and Microsoft Purview to enable compliant, high-quality data.

• Execute data governance design — support the design and operationalization of governance frameworks covering data ownership, stewardship, data quality standards, metadata management, and policy enforcement.
• Operationalize governance models — work with business and technology stakeholders to turn data strategy into actionable governance operating models that enable trusted data for analytics and AI.
• Support governance structures — help establish governance councils, define data classification and access policies, and document standards and processes.
• Configure governance tooling — implement and drive adoption of cataloging, lineage, and data quality tooling (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, Alation, Microsoft Purview).
• Support compliance alignment — ensure governance work aligns with regulatory and privacy requirements and contributes to master data management efforts.
