You will collaborate with Data Product Owners, governance, and tech teams to translate business needs into data and process requirements and implement improvements.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on stewardship, and the ability to operate in ambiguity while delivering measurable data quality and operational performance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data management, stewardship, governance, or related data disciplines.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Stewards and partner with Data Product Owners, governance, and technology teams.
• Define data requirements, monitor quality, and drive stewardship processes.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to track data quality health.
• Translate business needs into data, process, and technology requirements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve controls.
