A national healthcare organization is seeking a Supply Chain Management professional to work remotely. This role falls within The Resource Group's Operations and Logistics Optimization Solution. Operations and Logistics Optimization comprises six communities working together to align inventory and data management, operational procedures, and key performance indicators, and to deliver a cost-effective, highly-efficient managed distributor model. By combining a culture of hospitality with leading operations and logistics processes and controls, these communities of skilled associates ensure resource and supply management runs silently in the background and operates in service of physicians, clinicians, leadership, and associates. Champions master data management (MDM) across all supply chain contracts focusing on business benefits, fostering the goal of data standardization, and articulating the strategic significance of consistent, accurate and reliable information
Communicates processes and expectations to strengthen data management practices across Ascension leading to quality enterprise master data
Ensures transactional accuracy through ownership of requisitioner training
Supports supply chain operations ensuring standardized processes to validate supplier master data
Supports accurate supply expense reporting through item management including contract linkage and unit of measure validation by utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning systems or Product Management systems
Monitors adherence to governance policies, procedures and processes, establishing consistent understanding of data definitions, and monitoring/auditing the overall data quality
Able to analyze large sets of data to identify trends or data inaccuracies
