Job summary

Crown Castle is seeking a Data Steward to ensure data accuracy across contracts, sales, marketing, and order delivery. You will generate reports, dashboards, and interim analyses to enable informed decisions and scalable growth across the Tower business.

You will work with Assets, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to maintain data integrity, implement governance standards, and drive data quality improvements while thriving in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with data governance or business intelligence.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required
• Ability to create/develop reports with detail and accuracy
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Create reports, dashboards, and interim business solutions using coding and development tools.
• Develop and deploy accurate, complete reporting to aid management decisions.
• Analyze large data sets, investigate anomalies, and coordinate corrections with respective teams.
• Input to data quality prioritization and remediation plans.
• Interpret data governance processes, policies, data definitions, and metadata.
• Ensure adherence to data management standards and data quality.
• Audit data quality processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance the data catalog.
• Support management decisions with diverse data-driven solutions.
