Keywords Studios is seeking a Data Steward to support SAP master data and specification tasks for the PR&D LDA team in a pharma environment. The role focuses on timely and accurate data execution across SAP master data and FING specifications.

Based in Indianapolis with remote options, this contractor role requires attention to detail and experience with ERP systems and specification management tools. Full-time workload is expected with benefits provided by Keywords Studios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with specification management tools (Quality Docs, Trackwise).
• Understanding of master data governance.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment (pharma, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Process SAP master data tasks and manage workload.
• Create, modify, maintain, and inactivate PR&D SAP master data.
• Assist in material specification packages (FING & brightstock) in Quality Docs.
• Support mass updates to SAP master data with DSP.
• Participate in change and deviation management activities (Trackwise).

Job description

Work Location: Indianapolis, IN (Remote)Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST

Keywords Studios is hiring for our pharmaceutical client for a Data Steward . This role focuses on providing comprehensive support to the global PR&D Local Data Analyst (LDA) team to ensure timely & accurate execution of SAP master data & FING specification tasks for materials produced or used in PR&D, in alignment with business partner requirements working with this client.

Daily Key Responsibilities

• * Task Management & Execution
• - Process assigned SAP master data tasks as directed.
• - Prioritize and manage workload to meet established deadlines.
• - Proactively communicate any issues that may impact task completion timelines to the LDA team.

• * SAP Master Data Operations
• - Create, modify, maintain, and inactivate PR&D SAP master data using established systems (e.g., SAP), tools, & procedures.
• - Perform second-person verification of SAP master data entries for new requests and updates to existing data.

• * Specification Support
• - Assist in the creation and maintenance of material specification packages (e.g., FING & brightstock) in Quality Docs under LDA management.
• - Support mass updates to SAP master data using tools such as DSP when required.
• - Change & Deviation Management- Participate in change and deviation management activities related to master data and specifications (e.g.,Trackwise steps, investigations, triage).

• * Deliverables:
• - Completion of assigned master data and FING specification tasks to support timely execution.
• - No performance metrics are required; deliverables are task-based.

RequirementsEducation Requirement:

• * Bachelor's degree (equivalent experience acceptable as replacement)
