Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Data Specialist to support a government client by loading and validating large data sets, exporting load files, and ensuring accuracy of production exports using LAW and Relativity.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple load streams, perform quality control, and help train other Data Specialists while contributing to the efficiency and integrity of data workflows across platforms and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Experience modifying load files and quality control of loaded data quickly and accurately.
• Ability to run multiple load streams simultaneously and perform native file processing in LAW.
• Experience exporting data from Relativity to create load files for other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control on loads and exports in Relativity.
• Create data exports for productions and perform overlays or appends.
• Provide hands-on training to other Data Specialists.
• Communicate data inconsistencies with Project Manager.
