Job Description
  • Under general supervision, the Data Specialist 2 is responsible for providing administrative support for a database which supports a system.
Responsibilities
  • Performs a variety of advanced administrative and support services for a database which supports a system.
  • Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Organizes and enters data into appropriate databases.
  • Maintains and ensures the integrity and security of one or more databases.
  • Trains other staff as users of the system.
  • Extracts data as needed for reporting requirements.
  • Imports data as needed.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • A versatile, patient and provider-facing professional who brings high accountability and a calm under-pressure demeanor to our pediatric referral pipeline.
  • This individual will manage critical scheduling and family communications, utilizing strong organization and meticulous documentation skills.
  • Requirements include advanced proficiency in Excel and swift navigation of computer systems, with Epic experience considered a major asset.
  • This position requires an adaptable self-starter who can multi-task, pivot between various tasks effortlessly, and contribute immediately on day one.
