Primary Objective

This position will be responsible for compiling and organizing data from our field operators after they complete CCTV inspections of sewer and/or storm pipelines.

Essential Duties

Typical duties include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for compiling and organizing data from our field operators after they complete CCTV inspections of sewer and/or storm pipelines
• Manage video data collection projects and data
• Importing and exporting data, tracking inspections for clients, creating, and updating basin maps for field workers, supporting Trimble/Terrasync and Granite XP,
• Accurate revenue reporting for contracts requiring GIS mapping, and
• Analyze and QC all data collection
• Assist in making calls for property accessibility as needed.
• Others duties as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements

• NASSCO certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days from hire.
• General knowledge of databases and database management.
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with payroll programs such as SAGE 300CRE and/or Paycom.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with data management and data collection software programs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• All applicants must have a clean driving record and must be 18+ years old.
• A pre-employment drug test and background check is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Working Conditions

This position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions. Work is performed in a typical office environment. A variety of tasks do require the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 lbs., walk without assistance, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.

Benefits are available to full-time employees (30 or more hours per week).

Travel

Travel for this position is expected to be less than 10% per year. Overnight/multiple night travel may be required, including out-of-state travel. Per diem will be paid in addition to regular or overtime pay for travel.

If you are unable to travel, you should communicate that restriction, in writing, to the Hiring Manager and ask for an exception. Exceptions are not guaranteed and will not be honored unless in writing and signed by both the Applicant and the Hiring Manager.
