Job summary

Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support BI and reporting for NBA and Account Management programs. You will extract data, build dashboards, and convert complex data into clear insights.

You will write complex SQL, maintain reporting tables, gather requirements, and partner with BI and business teams to deliver accurate, timely analyses across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Extract daily and ad-hoc data from AWS Redshift and/or MicroStrategy.
• Prepare, maintain, and track reports for NBA and AM programs.
• Maintain reference data, mapping tables, and reporting data.
• Write complex SQL queries from scratch to retrieve information.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate reporting changes.
• Collaborate with BI and business teams to resolve data issues.
• Prepare UCID lists for call-listening exercises.
• Create presentations and dashboards with data visualizations.
• Support reporting requests from multiple teams.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong SQL and reporting skills to support business intelligence and reporting for Next Best Action (NBA) and Account Management (AM) programs.

The candidate will extract and analyze data, maintain reporting tables, resolve data issues, work with business and BI teams, and convert complex data into meaningful reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract daily and ad-hoc data from AWS Redshift and/or MicroStrategy.
• Prepare, maintain, and track daily and weekly reports for NBA and Account Management programs.
• Maintain reference data, mapping tables, and reporting data.
• Write complex SQL queries from scratch to analyze data and retrieve specific information.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate reporting changes, enhancements, and audits.
• Work with BI and business teams to identify missing data and resolve data issues.
• Prepare UCID lists for call-listening exercises.
• Conduct proof-of-concept analyses and data pulls for specific time periods.
• Create presentations and dashboards with data summaries and visualizations.
• Support reporting and data requests from multiple teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced SQL: Ability to write complex queries independently.
• BI Reporting Tools: Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy or Tableau.
• ETL and Data Pipelines: Understanding of how data is extracted, transformed, and loaded.
• Business Requirements: Ability to gather requirements and translate them into reporting specifications or BRDs.
• Data Analysis: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
• Communication: Ability to work with stakeholders across different teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience working with call data or telecom-related reporting.
