Blue Origin is seeking a senior data/BI specialist to design and scale self-service analytics platforms, AI agents, and cost models. The role focuses on data engineering, orchestration, and enabling teams with Databricks and Excel-based workflows, delivering measurable efficiency gains.
The candidate will mentor peers, develop data pipelines, and collaborate across the Business Operations and Efficiency unit to optimize processes while working onsite at Denver, CO or Kent, WA.

This role is part of the Business Operations and Efficiency organization, which supports our Blue National Security business unit. Our mission is to maximize operational productivity and enable data-driven decision-making across Blue Origin through intelligent automation, analytics infrastructure, and AI-enabled tools that allow teams to accomplish more with existing resources.
As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists and analysts, you will be a leader in defining and developing self-service analytics platforms, AI agents, and managing the product recurring cost model. You will help improve efficiency and overall product quality across the organization by driving activities related to data engineering, business intelligence, AI-assisted workflow automation, and cost model management.
Additionally, you will provide hands‑on enablement to Blue National Security stakeholders, helping them build tools and develop technical capability. These activities will support Blue Origin’s dedication to operational excellence and ensure teams have the insights and automation needed to scale effectively.
