Addison Group is seeking a Data Solutions Developer to join the technology team in Oklahoma City. The role blends software development, data integration, reporting and analytics to support operations and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience building applications, working with large datasets, creating reporting solutions that deliver meaningful insights, and collaborating with stakeholders. Proficiency in Python/Java/C#, SQL and data viz tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software development or data analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C# or similar languages.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience developing APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar data viz tools.
• Understanding of ETL, data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business applications, integrations and automation solutions.
• Design and support data pipelines moving and transforming information across systems.
• Build and maintain APIs and system integrations.
• Create reports, dashboards and visualizations for business users and leadership.
• Analyze data to identify trends and operational improvements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures and DB objects.
• Troubleshoot application, integration and data-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Support and enhance existing software applications and databases.
• Participate in technology initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
