Fractal Analytics Inc. is seeking a Data Solutions Architect in New York to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design scalable data solutions.

You will lead architecture planning, ensure data quality, and bridge IT with business units across analytics initiatives. The role requires 3–4 years in data management, strong SQL and data modeling skills, and experience across cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data management, computer science, information systems, mathematics, data/analytics or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3-4 years of work experience in data management disciplines including data integration, data modeling, solutions architecture, optimization and data quality.
• Knowledge of BI, Data Engineering, Data Science and Data Governance processes and platforms.
• Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases and SQL.
• Experience across cloud, on-premises and hybrid deployment environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate the vision, goals and business requirements for a data analytics project into technical specifications.
• Design fit-for-purpose data solutions using appropriate architectural patterns.
• Provide direction for data architecture design, planning and development and guide future updates.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders across analytics initiatives.
• Operationalize data architectures across cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments.
