Fractal is seeking a Data Solutions Architect in New York to translate business goals into scalable data architectures. You will design end-to-end data solutions across data integration, modeling, and governance, guiding architecture and development teams while engaging IT and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data management, computer science, information systems, mathematics, data/analytics or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3-4+ years in data management disciplines including data integration, data modeling, solutions architecture, optimization and data quality
• Understanding of BI, Data Engineering, Data Science and Data Governance processes and platforms
• Experience across cloud, on-premises and hybrid deployments

Responsibilities

• Translate vision, goals and business requirements for data analytics projects into technical specifications
• Design fit-for-purpose data solutions using appropriate architectural patterns
• Provide direction for data architecture design, planning and development
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to operationalize data initiatives
