Granite Construction is seeking an IT professional to provide intermediate-level analysis and support for business systems aligned with IT initiatives and business strategy. You will tackle system changes, data solutions, and service management to keep operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes collaboration with analysts, change and release management, and optimized process handling while supporting internal customers and IT staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with relevant software and development toolset.
• Experience with Microsoft products, Oracle, SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Change and Release Management; multiple programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for internal customers and IT staff.
• Analyze business requirements into technical specs for deployment.
• Apply development lifecycle methodologies including unit testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with analysts to assess impact of system changes.
• Communicate progress on projects, changes, incidents, and ITIL priorities.
• Resolve escalated issues and coordinate with team for production issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in service desk housekeeping and ticket handling.
• Review design/change documents for efficient handling.
