Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Data Solution Designer with Python to design and maintain data models for credit and financial processes. You will translate business requirements into scalable, integrated solutions with strong data governance and documentation practices.

You will collaborate with architects, developers and stakeholders to optimise processes, automate tasks using AI-assisted tools, and ensure data quality and traceability across the landscape. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data modelling and solution design.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases.
• Good programming skills in Python.
• Experience with data integration, transformation and data mapping across multiple systems.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations and process modelling.
• Experience ensuring data quality, consistency and governance standards.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
