• Lead enterprise integration strategy across on-prem, GCP cloud, and hybrid platforms.
• Partner with business and product leaders to define roadmaps, technology blueprints, and solution standards.
• Build and modernize data platforms to handle high-volume, mission-critical workloads.
• Introduce observability, monitoring, and reliability engineering practices to ensure system health and resiliency.
• Serve as design authority and mentor cross-functional engineering teams in solution delivery.
• Ensure compliance with service level objectives (SLOs), availability, and performance benchmarks for all critical systems.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and vendors to deliver.
