Job summary

Mindlance in New York is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead design and deployment of technology solutions within an Agile environment. You will work with domain leaders and enterprise architects to translate business needs into scalable architectures.

You will evaluate options with SMEs, contribute to architecture standards, and guide delivery across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with risk, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 9 years combined education and work experience.
• Experience with multiple programming languages.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Experience in software or service engineering and delivery.
• Ability to evaluate tech trends and apply modern technology.
• Experience in developing and integrating applications using architecture principles.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in design, building, testing and deployment with Agile teams.
• Collaborate with domain leadership to understand business drivers and translate to designs.
• Assist domain experts in articulating value and tradeoffs of solutions.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture standards and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile ceremonies.
• Produce and refine architecture artifacts aligned with EA principles.
• Research potential impacts of existing and emerging technologies.
• Participate in governance activities as required.
• Resolve architecture problems with domain experts.
• Assist architects in designing architecture for dependent products.
• Leverage existing resources to support solutioning efforts.
• Adhere to risk, regulatory standards and internal controls; escalate issues.
• Promote diversity and align with brand.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
