We are seeking a Data & Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing product and engineering development team. Our company specializes in enterprise‑level media measurement and optimization across various industries. In this role, you will be an integral part of a cross‑functional team responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining scalable software and data solutions to enhance performance, stability, and scalability. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members and closely collaborate with stakeholders throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in iterative development practices, familiarity with version control systems like GitHub, and a passion for developing both conceptual and pragmatic problem‑solving skills. You are curious about using modern AI tools as part of your daily workflow and can balance AI‑assisted development with rigorous testing, documentation, and review. Your attention to detail and communication skills, both written and oral, will enable you to work directly with a variety of users, understand their objectives, and contribute to translating them into technical requirements and solutions. For our Data & Software Engineer positions, our compensation ranges from $75,000 to $93,000, which is inclusive of a 15% bonus. The salary range is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact.
