Focus Partners is seeking a Data Services Lead to support the Operations team by maintaining accurate private investment data and ensuring client reporting integrity through Addepar. Our Data Services Lead, plays a key role in supporting the Operations team by maintaining accurate private investment data and ensuring the integrity of client reporting through Addepar. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners. The role will have a high degree of focus on private investments. The standard schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position can be based out of the Chiago, IL or Deerfield, IL office.

This position is a non-exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $85,000 - $100,000 per year base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
