Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, information systems, statistics, computer science, business analytics, business administration, higher education administration, or related field; or 5–10 years progressive experience in data management, analytics, institutional research, or information governance.
• Master's degree or higher in data science, information systems, statistics, computer science, business analytics, business administration, higher education administration, or related field.
• Relevant credentials such as CDMP, CIPP, CIPM, CISM, PMP, or equivalent governance/security/project management certifications.

Responsabilités

• Lead ERP implementations and major IT initiatives.
• Govern data integrity, quality, and privacy across the university.
• Support data-driven decision making with standard data access and reporting tools.
• Coordinate dashboards, reports, and forecasting models as requested by stakeholders.
• Drive digital transformation to improve data quality and client experience.
• Promote data as a shared institutional asset and guide data governance structures.
