Job summary

DMSi Software is seeking a Data Services Analyst to design and deliver custom data solutions across reporting, BI dashboards, data transformations, and system integrations. You will work with an expanding tech stack, using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows.

This role emphasizes problem-solving, collaboration, and growth with the product ecosystem. The ideal candidate has strong SQL, BI tooling, and ETL skills, plus a degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• SQL/query proficiency and BI tools experience.
• ETL/data lineage and database fundamentals.
• Experience with AI tools to improve workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage customer requests, scope solutions, design and execute plans.
• Develop and deliver custom data solutions including reports, data extractions, BI dashboards and integrations.
• Use AI tools to speed up work and build AI-assisted workflows.
• Build proficiency in DMSi product and integration ecosystem; stay current with platforms.
• Maintain knowledge of internal support tools and delivery processes.
• Assist others with escalation, coaching, and training on data topics.
• Complete documentation and contribute to the Knowledge Base.
• Lead or assist training for internal staff, customers, and prospects.
• Support internal projects to meet departmental objectives.
