Qualifications

• 3+ years of data science, ML, or analytics experience.
• Proficient in Python with data-science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Strong SQL skills and relational database experience.
• Experience building and evaluating ML models.
• Understanding of statistics and experimental design.
• Experience with data visualization techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Version control with Git and Agile/iterative development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop and deploy ML models and data solutions.
• Translate requirements with Product Management into analytical approaches.
• Develop models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.
• Analyze large-scale IoT time-series data from water utilities.
• Build data pipelines using Python, SQL, and distributed computing.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights.
• Feature engineering and model experimentation to boost performance.
• Create visuals and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and validation in analytics pipelines.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into Neptune 360.
• Monitor model performance and maintain production ML systems.
• Document methodologies, code, and implementations.
• Participate in code reviews and best practices.
• Work with AWS-based cloud data infrastructure and ML tools.
• Stay current with ML/data science advances and techniques.
