Job summary

Mayvin seeks a Data Scientist to advance human performance and operational readiness by analyzing wearable, biometric, and medical data. You will lead analytics transforming multi-source data into actionable insights, dashboards, and recurring reports for military leaders and stakeholders.

The role requires a solid foundation in statistics and data visualization, proficiency in Python/SQL, and experience with longitudinal datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing operational, healthcare, readiness, or human performance datasets.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, data visualization, and Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with longitudinal, time-series, event-based, and multi-source datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze wearable, biometric, operational, and medical data to identify trends and performance insights
• Develop dashboards, metrics, scorecards, and reports supporting human performance and operational readiness
• Perform statistical and longitudinal analyses to produce data-driven recommendations
• Create visualizations and present findings to senior military leaders and stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve data quality, analytic methods, and reporting capabilities
