Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing operational, healthcare, readiness, or human performance datasets.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, data visualization, and Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with longitudinal, time-series, event-based, and multi-source datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.

This position supports the analysis of integrated wearable sensor, biometric, assessment, and medical data to generate evidence-based insights that improve warfighter readiness, resilience, and mission effectiveness. The Data Scientist will serve as the analytical lead responsible for transforming complex multi-source datasets into actionable information, decision-support dashboards, and recurring reporting products for military leaders and operational stakeholders. This role directly supports Special Operations Forces (SOF) by delivering defensible analytics that inform leadership decisions related to human performance and force health protection.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Must have an active Secret clearance.
