Paragon Cyber Solutions LLC is seeking a Data Scientist to support a Government intelligence mission by building analytics and predictive capabilities for intelligence decision makers.

The role emphasizes applying statistics, ML, and data visualization to transform complex technical work into clear, decision-ready outputs for stakeholders. Strong experience with Python/R/SQL and open-source ML tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with four years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience building ML models with open-source tools such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Experience with data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends and findings.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced statistics, AI, ML, and data science to transform complex work into graphical, written, visual, and verbal products.
• Detect trends in intelligence data and integrate IC data sources.
• Develop ML models and predictive analytics using open-source tools.
• Support Government intelligence search and discovery with code and algorithms.
• Document findings and prepare deliverables for stakeholders.
