Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with 2 years of experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards in Tableau.
• Design metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify metric shifts.
• Conduct exploratory data analyses to answer business questions.
• Optimize existing workflows through process improvement.
• Maintain and enhance automated reporting pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Work with large volumes of data, extracting and manipulating datasets using Spark SQL.
• Design and build front-end reports in a variety of reporting tools.
• Test and implement reporting tool infrastructure improvements and migrations.
• Compile packaged summaries of reports for customers, focusing on metric volatility.
• Collaborate with data analysts to understand reporting needs and implement scalable solutions.
