Job Details:Job Description:Intel's Advanced Packaging Technology and Manufacturing (APTM) organization is seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist, Semiconductor Manufacturing Analytics to drive data-driven innovation across Thermal Compression Bonding (TCB), advanced packaging, process control, yield improvement, and manufacturing optimization.In this role, you will partner with process, equipment, metrology, quality, and manufacturing engineering teams to develop advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-based solutions that improve manufacturing performance, process stability, and product yield. You will apply statistical methodologies, predictive modeling, and large-scale data analysis to solve complex manufacturing challenges and accelerate decision-making across Intel's advanced packaging operations.
