Title : Sr. Data Scientist for Apple – Experimental

Rate : $160k per annum + Benefits (negotiable for the right candidate)

Interviews : 1 round with Tavant + 2 rounds with the Client

KEY QUALIFICATIONS (Please refer to TurboHire for the complete JD):

• Expertise in experimentation and statistical hypothesis testing (sample size determination, power analysis, statistical tests, confidence intervals)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including presenting analyses to diverse stakeholders such as data scientists, creatives, and marketing leaders
• Extensive digital analytics experience with the ability to derive insights from multiple data sources (quantitative and qualitative)
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages like Python or R
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple A/B testing projects at various stages
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset
• Highly beneficial: Experience with advanced statistics, econometrics, causal inference, predictive analytics, and ML algorithms (regression, decision trees, clustering, neural networks)

Core responsibilities encompass three pillars:

1. Experiment Analysis : Design experiments, analyze results, develop insights, and provide recommendations. Collaborate with the A/B Test Platform Engineering Team to ensure analytics implementations meet requirements.

2. Research & Development : Partner with Data Scientists across departments to enhance experimentation strategies and deliver deeper marketing insights.

3. Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Marketing Analytics.
