BairesDev is hiring a Data Scientist (Python + AI) for a fully remote role. You will design, build, and deploy ML models, preprocess large datasets, and derive business insights. You will work with LLM APIs, collaborate across teams, and build dashboards to show model impact.

We value 4+ years in data science, strong Python/SQL, and hands-on ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow). Excellent English is required, and compensation is USD or local currency, with a flexible schedule.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related analytical field.
• Proven expertise in developing predictive models and AI solutions using Python and SQL.
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Strong hands-on experience working with LLM APIs and integrating Generative AI into data workflows.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights and analytical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
