BairesDev, a global technology company, is seeking a Data Scientist (Python + AI) to design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions addressing complex business problems.

You will work remotely with a global Top 1% team, preprocess diverse datasets, and deliver data-driven insights. English proficiency is required, with 4+ years in data science and strong Python/SQL skills.

Formación

• 4+ years in Data Science or related field.
• Proven Python/SQL predictive modeling experience.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLM APIs and Generative AI integration.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights and analyses.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Clean and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources to ensure data quality and consistency for modeling.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategy.
• Integrate LLM APIs and generative AI capabilities into existing workflows and data products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define challenges and deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize model performance and business impact.
