Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Data Scientist to shape product recommendations for our webshop and app. You will work at the intersection of product, data, and technology, building models and features to improve relevance and user experience.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, ML Engineers, and Data Engineers to translate business questions into hypotheses, run experiments, and deploy production-ready solutions with robust data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ML model development including data prep and feature engineering.
• Strong Python and SQL coding practices.
• Experience with Git, testing, and reproducible workflows.
• Production ML experience and scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Knowledge of recommendation systems and related algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Improve webshop/app product recommendations via models and data.
• Develop and refine features for recommender models.
• Plan and analyze end-to-end DS projects with cross-functional partners.
• Design and interpret A/B tests; present actionable results.
• Monitor production models and iterate based on performance.
