Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain predictive models addressing defined business questions using data from Snowflake.
• Deliver model outputs as attributes for BI tools (Tableau, Streamlit) and activation platforms (BlueConic, Braze, TripleWhale).
• Translate ambiguous business questions into scoped modeling problems with defined success metrics.
• Communicate model outputs and implications clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Track, document, and monitor experiments and deployed models for reliability and reproducibility.
• Contribute to feature store and data engineering—define features, refresh cadences, and ensure pipelines are robust.
• Build training datasets with clear documentation of assumptions and evaluation windows.
• Collaborate with data engineers to enable feature engineering and model training.
• Apply data engineering fundamentals to support modeling within the existing tech stack.
