You will work with complex datasets, build predictive models, and leverage Power Platform to create apps and automate workflows in an onsite setting in Washington, DC. Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with data engineering tools such as SQL, Power Query, and Pandas
• 3+ years experience with BI tools including Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, Seaborn, and Matplotlib
• 3+ years experience with Python and R
• Detail-oriented, multitasking, MS Office proficiency, strong communication

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and opportunities for better decisions
• Develop data products: reports, dashboards, and visualizations for KPIs
• Perform data acquisition, cleaning, transformation, and EDA
• Engineer features to support ML models
• Build and maintain predictive models (classification, regression, time series, NLP, CV)
• Manage end-to-end model lifecycle: development, deployment, monitoring, retraining
• Tune models and perform validation and quality checks
• Apply predictive models to improve operations
• Leverage Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to build apps and automate workflows
• Map current ('as-is') and future ('to-be') workflows to improve processes
• Conduct root-cause analyses and propose tech-driven remedies
• Align automation strategies with project goals and scalable solutions
• Collaborate on UI/UX for user-friendly apps and dashboards
• Develop SDLC docs and user guides
• Participate in unit testing, QA, QC, and rollout activities
• Support IT, OT and Infrastructure teams with analytics and automation
• Build dashboards to track project KPIs and health
• Use SharePoint and Teams for collaboration and version control
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure customer experience
